Shipping Policy:

Pre-orders

Pre-order items shipping dates will vary based on production times. Please click on the desired size for estimated shipping dates. Estimated shipping dates will also be indicated once the item is placed in your cart.

US Shipping

In stock items will be processed Monday through Friday within 4-5 business days upon purchase. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization or delays from our 3rd party carrier. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

Please note that if your order contains multiple items including a pre-ordered item, we will ship your order only once all items are in stock. In case you’d like your in-stock items quicker, we recommend making two separate orders.

We ask that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won’t be able to guarantee tracking information as we do not receive real-time updates from international carriers. Please be aware of your local delivery provider guidelines.

Some packages may be delivered directly or to your location’s customs. Please keep track as you may be responsible for picking up your package. If your package exceeds the length of time at customs or if you fail to pay the custom fees, the package will be sent back to our facility. We will gladly re-ship you the package for a re-shipment fee. If we receive your package and you do not wish to pay the re-shipment fee, we will gladly issue you store credit to shop for future styles. ( excluding original shipping fee)

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country as import fees. Shipping costs, and delivery times on international orders vary throughout each destination. We are not responsible for local feel taxes, customs, duties, or fees associated with international delivery. Customers are held responsible for the duties and taxes. We have no control over the amount charged regarding duties or taxes a package on each package. This is decided upon by your countries import and customs laws.

Return Policy:

Thanks for purchasing our products at featurefansmerch.com owned and operated by FeatureFans INCORPORATED.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged/unopened in any way.After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have
passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
